Thread: What deer?

    What deer?

These are deer in my brothers back garden on Vancouver island, Canada. Any ideas what they are, can't make my mind up.

Are they white tail? Sorry I don't know but sure one of our more learned members will be along to tell us soon.

    Hi

Fairly certain those are white tail. The colour and size looks right and they have light coloured antlers which tend to grow up and the hook forward.

    Cheers

Looks like a very good young whitetail buck to me. Next year he'll be better still! (If left!)
