    Use an old double skin oil bowser cut in half.
    Give it a good wash though.

    Don't know if you have a mole valley farmers up by you ?
    Failing that try your nearest farm supplies centre
    I bought the galvanise pre arched and made my own
    just an option

    The arched galv sheets may cost about 40 each, and you'll need two, plus some old bits of 2x4 and some some 2nd hand shuttering ply for the ends.
    A ready made ark will set you back about 350.

    BUT they do crop up second hand at farm dispersal sales pretty cheap.

    Or build the whole thing out of old shuttering ply, and just accept the fact that the pigs will destroy it in about 3 years.
