    Swarovski Customer Service

    Lost my bikini covers for my scope last week, emailed swarovski, reply within 2 hours. 2 days later new covers arrived at no cost. That's what I call fantastic customer service and why I would buy swarovski over most makes. Thanks swarovski.

    They really DO customer services....yours is a familiar story with this firm .
