    6.5 120g bullets for 6.5x47

    Hi im looking at using some 120g pro hunter bullets, before i buy, are they any good, or would you recomend anything else?? Also what should i be paying a box?

    The Pro Hunters are a good bullet, as are Speer Hot-Cor 120's.

    You may want to try Hornady 129SST's as well.

    Most of the guys at my end, who I know with the "47" use either Hot-Cor or SST.

    Expect to pay 25 - 30 / 100


    You could also use Barnes 130 TSX but they are more costly at circa 30 / 50.

    I use the Barnes at the moment although am trying to get some GS custom HV 110g, for my 6.5x284; which is proving difficult from the UK importer...
