Hertel & Reuss 25x60x60 draw scope

    Price dropped

    Hertel & Reuss
Draw scope glass good condition, body good nick also , the draw is still tight, little use , has built in sliding sun shade, has small threaded hole on underside for tripod mounting
Comes in brown leather carry case
Would be excellent cheaper as alternative to the big guns.
    Robust quality build

I bought it for a time when I had open hill permissions in Scotland but now based in England in woods so it's going to help fund RF binos. One day I hope to get back to the hills!

NB I am away with the military for a week so although I can respond to questions I will not be able to post till 3rd march.

    Hi Jinga
If we say that a set of Swaro bins rates at 10/10 for clarity. Then what would you rate this draw scope at?
    Thanks
    Paul

    Good question!

It's not as sharp as that which you would expect from Swarovski or other top names. I am no expert but would classify this as a good workmanlike scope. I have never had an issue and I would not deny it might benefit from a service. I did not use it often enough at stags to warrant spending the money on it but everyone has a different need and pocket.

dont want to bluff you but also don't want to do down a scope which gives you a good look at a hill for less than 1/4 of a grays etc.
