    Jewel triggers

    Does anyone know if jewel make a trigger for a sako 85.
    Hunting isn't just something I do it's part of who I am

    Bix n andy make a nice unit if you can source one, alternatively dave wylde "valkyrie rifles" sells lighter springs for not much money that you can fit yourself.

    Ther will be a new UK made trigger group for the sako 75 and tikka t3 in a few months .they are currently testing the remmy 700 unit

    I was just thinking the same iv just put a jewel in my rem which is superb, now the sako trigger on the other rifle feels quite heavy even adjusted as far out as it will go.

    Is this through Devon Custom Rifles or someone else?

    There is the CG Universal trigger - that works well too.

    Personally I wouldn't bother, with a bit of fettling the Sako trigger can be really good.

    I have two Sako 75's both of which have had a bit of trigger work and I have a rifle with a Jewel as well, the Sako's are really not far away.

    These springs really do make a difference. Chris got a load of these made up to his own specification for the job rather than just finding a 'generic' spring that will do
