KB put that pill in a case and feed it some venison that will put it over the scale :D but i know what you mean i hate paying for something and getting less ;)
 
I think minus 0.002grn is pretty good from a mass produced bullet.

Try a batch of ten or twenty as the spread might be interesting. Maybe a little histogram?

Before I grew up I used to have enough time to batch 100s of the things (mostly RG 147 FMJs) in the hope of cheap yet accurate ammo... I gave up: time waits (weights?) for no one and found buying decent stuff was better!

Given 0.002grains it must take a while to settle / integrate?
 
Ah. But! Like Roger Casement, "Hanged on a comma" what if that were a bullet that was meant to be the specified 100 grain minimum under the deer legislation? Would you be breaking the law at 99.998 grains? I knew a guy that always shot 105 grain bullets (or so the factory box said) in one calibre just as so to avoid that problem of being under the 100 grain weight.
