    Away Day Foxing

Weapon for the day: The Quorn

    Calibre : 12 couple

seriously though, nice country down there, almost tempted to sell the rifle and buy a Hoss.

12 couple sounds a bit light, maybe 15 would be better,
15 couple on a screeming drag, makes hairs stand up on back of my neck
Northumberland would be the place for me if i was to go back to hunting, a quad or a honda tlr 200 is the way to go
not often lame and cheep to run compared to hosses
Small deer stalking takes some beating though

    Cheers
Humans are pre wired with fight or flight response
    Great Grandad fought, Grandad fought.
For the sake of my Grandchild I wish for Less Flight responses entering Europe

You are right, they were light, more were left back at kennels either lame or in the hot house than made the journey, although that said those few hounds did a great job on the day.
