Wow, that's certainly a different attitude to the UK! "The only good fox is a dead fox, and I am pleased the successful initiative is helping farmers deal with these vicious pests"

I wonder what the anti's would have to say about that
God, if only our populace was so enlightened...

they should bring this to the UK, and add grey squirels.

Just think how successful the badger cull could have been!

I wish we were given a bounty on every fox we shot!

I think it's a great idea with the bounty and they clearly have a very enlightened approach to vermin control , however it doesn't seem a huge amount of foxes for the amount of land involved ??
There are no perfect men in this world ..... Only perfect intentions

I can see a buisness venture for you "JOHNGRYPHON FOX SAFARI " advertising in other countries for fox shooting with guaranteed bags.

Keep me in mind when it takes off.

The bounty collectors are mainly blokes out and about with the guns and dogs doing drives on weekend sporting days and others shooting farmland at night from vehicles that would shoot most imo.Young bluebacks in Autumn come to the whistle readily and a cub is still worth $10 just like a 5yr old dog fox...easy to get.

Plenty are scalped from roadkill too..its a $10 dollar note for every one you drive past.

I remember fondly when we averaged $30 a skin in the 80`s....every 100 foxes = $3000..$10 is ***** though no skinning or pegging out is needed.

griffshrek I think I would rather take people out stalking for sambar but will throw you a spotters fee if the fox business comes off ha ha.
