What powders can you find right now?
All flavors of 4831 are the place to start for the .270 and 130-gr bullets - proven loads that work.
    55.0 gr start 2900 fps H4831sc Federal 210
    57.0 gr 3000
    59.0 gr MAX 3100+

For what rifle(s) are you loading?
    For game at what ranges?
    What bullets?

What other powders can you get that are close? 4350, N160, N165, 7828, RL-22

600 yards is a long ways. What sort of game? Or is this targets at that range?
Are you shooting game closer, like 100 to 250 yards?
130-gr can be loaded all up and down, from 2700 to 3100 fps.

Most .270s will shoot light bullets, like 90 to 110 grains very well, and even at lover velocities, which makes them nice for foxes, coyotes, and practice. Past 300 yards, I would be loading a 140-gr SST or 150-gr Nosler BT.

130 gr interlocks in SST or SP will do anything

    as above I use N160
but any of the RL22, 4831 (H or IMR), N165 or similar will do

    I shoot 135gr SMk at 5 and 600yds

    very underrated cartridge

RL 22 is good, H4350 is good, as is H4831, however recent loads tested with my crony F1 were as follows,
for H4831 59gns only gave me 2856fps at the mod, I was expecting 3000fps, this is from my Sauer 202 with a Ace Utra SL 5
54gns of H4350 with a Barnes 130gn TTX gave me 3050 from same rifle, both loads will put three shots into one hole, but printed data varies from bullet and powder manufacturer considerably, you need to crony them if like me you are using a ballistic turret such as I have on my Swaro Z6 and Leupold VX III on extended ranges in S.A. on cull hunts . The Barnes TTXs are accurate and hard hitting with minimal meat damage, really recommend them. deerwarden

Andy I know a lad who's loading barnes ttsx in his .270 says they are the business and he gets a fair amount of deer with them, iv been using them in the .300 although I haven't had shedloads of deer with them what iv found is they kill well and give minimal amount of meat damage even at very high velocity.
