    Well guys one sleep to go before the Buck season starts

    who else is getting restless

    I don't see the rush as not all are clean yet.
    The big ones want to be left until later to keep some sort of order among your population and the young ones need to put on a bit more body weight to make them better for the freezer/table.
    I know if you have trees to rely on for your income then the young ones need to be taken first before they start moving out and bark stripping marking their territory but most, in this area anyway, aren't much bigger/fatter than a Greyhound.
    Good luck with whichever way you choose to do your culling.
