    One that's been trained correctly.
    Alot of pound notes.
Bmh's and gwp's will get the biggest nominations.
It's worth reading alot of the threads in this section and come to your own conclusion.

It can be quite political can your question in this industry. Un less your stirring things.

Say the threads are certainly worth a read and some knowledgeable answers.

I have had many types over the years, labs, cockers and sprockers, my last one is a GWP, he's my best mate and works he's his heart out for you, for a tracking dog I don't think you'll go far wrong with a wire, they are challenging, robust and by golly can the find something and they do it with gusto.

good luck with what you choose

chances of getting a fully trained tracking dog is basicly nill , they are not like gun dogs , a tracking dog and its handler are a team , they are at one with each other the dog must know what the handler is thinking and vice versa !

get a good lab and train it your self

Tracking dog or deer/stalking dog ? Two totally different aspects and purposes.

If i was to train a tracking dog to sell you would be looking at about 4000. That would be a dog over a year old and trained to Swedish tracking champion standard.
What would a fully trained Spaniel or lab cost? I don't see a fully trained tracking dog being worth any less.
