    S & B 8x56 - What is a click?

I don't have the book for my S&B 8x56 scope (as I bought it 2nd hand on here).

I'm wondering how many MOA or cm@100m or in@100yds one click is? Anyone in the know? I thought it would say on the turrets but it doesn't.

It looks like i'm going to have to dial in around 70" @ 600yds at the weekend, and I'm trying to work out how many clicks this is...

You may be struggling to get the come ups you require. Steve.

    Hi Gully

According to the tech sheet it is 10mm. As Hugh said .360"

Although the tech sheet doesn't SAY at what distance, these measurements are usually at 100 mtrs. (The tech sheet states that the field of view is for 100 mtrs)

    Hope it helps

Well that is what S&B print in their manual, so ask them about it.

I downloaded the manual off the S&B web site, not easy to find but its there

    S&B clicks should be 1cm at 100m.

70" is 178cm at 600m, which should, in theory, be about 30 clicks up on a 100m zero. S&B have around a 100 click adjustment range, assuming you are zeroed somewhere in the middle, you should have enough clicks to get you there.

This is all theory mind, as I have only ever shot half that distance.
