Ah that's a snails pace.
I remember going on a BASC woodland stalking course in the early 90's. We were skinning a Fallow and had used air to inflate the skin away from the meat. As we pulled the skin off the carcass snapped in two leaving behind two perfect fillets neatly attached to the pelvis.
Don't ask me where it was shot or who was there but skined and 75% butchered in 30 secs :rofl:
