Any good reloading bible available from the major ammunition manufacturers would be a place to start, but why not have a quick read of Alex's sticky, from spent case to reloaded round? then find someone local to you who reloads for his own rifle/s ... Do not accept reloaded rounds from others who have developed loads for rifles other than the one you are intending to use.

Dave if the original poster is still interested in starting to reload I would have thought that he would have found someone local in the 3 years since he originally posted.

I don't know if it's a genuine mistake or simply a bid to build up the necessary post count so that he can post an advertisement in the classified section but 1 Tikka has posted a considerable number of posts in the last couple of days often resurrecting old posts that have lay dormant for some time or just adding a few words.
It's the calibre of the shooter that counts not the calibre of the rifle.

I know Paul Adkins in the borders runs courses on reloading. But must be a few hours drive.
I spent loads of time downoading and reading before a put case to press.
    So good so far.
Look at Hodgonreloading.com. Lots of recipes for claibre, bullet, powder combinations.
    stay safe.

RCBS do good DVDs on the subject
Despite comments above I would NOT recommend Lee's reloading book
