    Reloading press configurations

    Gents,

An easy one, are RCBS dies interchangeable with all LEE presses ie matching threads?

    The easy answer is Yes.

Reloading dies have a standard thread, so you can pretty much pick and mix between different manufacturers. There are a few exceptions to this - like .50 dies, which have a larger thread, but for normal stuff it's standardised on 7/8-14 thread.

Whilst they fit fine, when one fits some Lee dies in a RCBS press, which is the cam-over type (e.g. Rockchucker) you will need to set the dies differently. So read the instructions carefully to avoid any errors.
I have not used RCBS dies in a Lee press so don't know whether the caveat applies to that combination. Worth checking to be sure though.
