    Benelli/beretta magazine

    Hi all I have a berretta es100 also known as the pintail and the benelli premium plus I was wondering if anyone has any idea if there are magazine tubes available without the crimp? I'm also looking for the mag extension I can't find ether on the Internet many thanks

    Perhaps you should ask on here http://www.full-bore.co.uk/viewforum.php?f=12 as many of the target and practical shotgunners appear to frequent the site.

    A proper shotgun doctor should have a hydraulic dent raiser, which will also lift the crimp ring out of a mag tube.

    Contact Steve Pike at Shield in Dorset, he makes bespoke mag extension tubes and may be able to help you out.

    Or just use a 17mm socket on a bar and a hammer to knock out the crimp.....simples

    Carry on then, it requires a fair amount of pressure to drive the crimp out, all that force on an alloy action is a great idea.
    As for a 17mm socket, maybe, but there is no way my 17mm socket would even start in the tube.
