    Lentil curry with venison

    Simply brown 1lb of cubed venison in an oven tin, add a jar of curry sauce (such as Pataks Jalfrezi Cooking Sauce 450G) , 3 or 4 handfuls of dried lentils and a couple of jars of water. Slow cook in oven at 160C for roughly 3 hours. Check occasionally to see if you need more water.

    Simple, quick to prepare and tasty.
