It's basically a Spanish made Shilen if you watch this. I don't suppose he would associate his good name with any rubbish?
Certainly good enough to grace any stalking rifle and at a very competetive price. I'm fairly sure that most Bergara barels are more accurate than their users!

I have 2 rifles fitted with Bergara barrels a Rem 700 30-06 fitted with a heavyweight sporter chrome moly barrel after 40 rounds its shooting less than 2" at 200yds.

The other is a Weatherby Mk V 6.5-284 fitted with a 26" stainless fluted barrel that is shooting less than an inch at 100yds after 31 rounds.

Both with a tosser lying behind them. ME.

Precision Reflex Inc is the only company I have heard of in the US selling their barrels. One of my hunting partners uses a 5.56mm SPR upper built by PRI and is quite successful with it out to 600m. http://www.precisionreflex.com/Search.aspx?TERM=bergara
