Hi gents just a little tip I thought I'd share , I'm pretty meticulous about cleaning and drying my guns but a while ago I noticed a little surface rust on my .22 barrel I'm thinking possibly condenstaion , anyway I ordered a couple of these and they seem to have sorted the damp problem very well , just hung one in the barrel of my sxs Hanging Wardrobe Dehumidifier By 151 - Helps Stop Damp:Amazon.co.uk:Kitchen & Home

used to use a 40 watt tube heater with a small mesh guard.

never had any problems for years, now in a new house and the cabinet is built into one of the warmest places in the house so not needed the heater for 2 years,
