Advice on the best telescopic Quadsticks.

    Hi All,

I would appreciate if you could give some advice.
I'm looking to purchase as stated above. I want them to be telescopic for various reasons.

Which telescopic Quad Sticks available at present would you recommend?

    Regards,
    Glendine

Best one I've handled up to yet is the Hammond purchased from Mike at Calton Moor Range

If money is no object, have a look at '4 steady sticks'.

I used some with a ph out in Mauritius. Very light and rock solid. I had no issues shooting out to 172m with them.

    Bloody expensive though!

Iam unsure of the make, however, I have a set of quad sticks, which are black painted metal, have notched holes in for adjustment, and the forend has a paltform which is abut 80-90mm so that you can swing ithout moving the whole setup

I got them from Jon Snowdon at Greenlee stalking, they are the best I have used, I also believe that they got best write up in Sporting Gun recently

It was a toss up for me between the Hammond quodpod and the Primos gen2 tripod and I went for the later but I am still thinking of purchasing a quodpod as well, they are well built and not too heavy.

Hi martin. My mistake. They are called 4 stable stick. I can't post a link as I'm on my phone, but a simple Google search should bring up their website or other European retailers.
