    rifle ranges near Gloucestershire

    Does anyone know of any full bore rifle ranges near the gloucetershire area? i am a full member of a great club tup north but its an 8 hour round trip so trips up are few and far between.

    If you're in the Forest of Dean bit of 'Gloucestershire area' there's also a club in Monmouth.

    Yes, a nice tunnel range in an old disused railway tunnel I believe.

    Just spent a pleasant afternoon on Wednesday past at the range zeroing my benelli M2 and using up some .308 win super points. I can recommend the range as easy to find, nicely set up (inc covered firing points in case of British weather). Friendly set up and helpful input.
    the ability to shoot at ranges shorter than 100m is useful if you are say practicing for dsc1.
    all in all a happy addition to the holiday
