    Hello.
Im looking for a load for a 25-06 using a Viht powder? Due to availability of the powder.

Been looking for the same, try Reloaders nest there are a few that might be what your looking for, the Vit site gives nothing for this weight of bullet ,but I have been advised to try the min charge for the 120 grainner as a starting point, good luck

Have you looks on the Nosler site? http://www.nosler.com/25-06-remington

There should be enough information on the Vihtavuori site for you despite not listing the actual bullet weight that you require. http://www.vihtavuori.com/en/reloadi...remington.html

It's the calibre of the shooter that counts not the calibre of the rifle.

    I use Viht 160 - 41 grains for a 117g Sierra SPBT

close enough? for your 115g Nosler

    Hi Tony.
That is a very mild load you use. Any idea of your velocity?

2506 115grain nosler btip using a Viht powder

When I used 115grn nosler BT
    I used 47.5grn viht N160
Can't remember where data came from but it's in my file as ok load
No signs pressure etc in my rifle

You would have to work up to that & I accept no responsibility for this load used in others rifles
    :-)

    Hi
never chrono'ed but this weight gave me the best grouping of about 8 tried when I worked it up for my Steyr and works just as well in the Blaser R93.
    regards

    Hi Tony.
Fair enough, I was just curious that's all.
    Thanks.
