    Support from an unlikely source?

Sunday Mail (Comment) Sarah OIliver Page 31 Mail on Sunday 31st August 2014.
Happy to read this article, support from an ulikely volunteering source. Pleased to support all that has been said. No need for professionals and experts when it comes from ground level basic shooting requirements. These are the people who are going to keep us afloat in the future and we need more of them. Get them signed up to the cause or do we need to, more of this and the sooner the better.

Apart from the bit that says "...which cannot be legally owned by a civilian in the UK, not least because it’s got a notorious recoil that sends it spinning like a Catherine wheel in anything other than the firmest grip." When, as we all know, it's got nothing to do with the "notorious"(?) recoil and everything to do with such firearms being being, effectively, banned. Personally, I found the Uzi to be perfectly pleasant to fire - despite being notoriously limp-wristed ..... I wonder how many lay people are now wandering about thinking that UK firearms legislation is defined by how vicious the recoil is....? God bless the Daily Mail!
