    Hi From Kent

    Hi all

I started out on 303 Lee Enfields target shooting 30+ years ago and switched to clays and a shotgun in the 90s. Since 2000 I have been rough shooting with the 12boor but I have decided to take up deer stalking. I did an intro day with "GunRunner" down in East Sussex and I am now looking for a gun. Probably going to be a X Bolt or a Tikka T3. Next big one is the scope. I want a Swarovski but probably cant afford it so looking arround sites like this to see what else people recomend.

PS I am dyslexic so please excuse my spelling

Hi Chasey, welcome to the site, Both good rifles but my money would go on the Tikka, Swarovski scopes are fantastic and a used 8 x 50 fixed focus would be ideal Thanks for your enquiry re stalking as i said in my email give Robin a ring and he will get you booked in and answer any questions you my have, Cheers Geoff

Welcome to the site Chasey. I live in Kent but stalk all over the UK and have access to and manage all the species as a full time stalker. Let me know if you need any help, in the meantime enjoy the site.

PS stick with a Tikka and a reasonable scope. Look in the classifieds on here and you might pick up a bargain.
