Thread: Articulated deer

    Articulated deer

Is anyone else here freaked out by the photo of the 25 foot long, 7 legged, articulated deer that is now appearing at the top of the forum?

I can't imagine what is involved in lardering one but someone in DMQ needs to buck up their ideas a bit as there was no mention of how to deal with anything remotely like this when I did my DSC1. I guess it is some new fangled thing you English folks have that we can expect here in Ireland in about 300 years.

Do you need a machine gun to shoot it in the shoulder?

    .222?

In the vane of the PW threads a .177 at 300yards would drop that like a stone -

Imagine all the Biltongue you could make out of all the haunches and the length f the filletts - enough for adecent dinner party, unlike the normal one filet per person that you get off a Roe - well there is no point leaving any is there?

    Better now?

I'm neither a photographer or a photoshop expert by the way, so if someone else fancies a crack, please go ahead!
