You've synchronised this year's shoots with my weekends on call!

Hope you get away with the weather!

Section 161 of the Highways Act 1980 (England & Wales) makes it an offence to discharge a firearm within 50 ft of the centre of a highway with vehicular rights without lawful authority or excuse, if as a result a user of the highway is injured, interrupted or endangered.

There are two ways to take Buchan's comment!

Is this open to just BDS members, or anyone? Iv been meaning to join, but been holding on till I do my DSC 1 next month. Full of cold at the moment, so not sure if I'm going to venture out. But if I'm feeling better in the morning Its something I may venture upto. One a check zero is always handy and to shoot the DSC1 test. Plus a chance to put some names to faces in the local area.

It should be a guest shoot Mike - come along, all being well, I hope to be there around eleven

Bring FAC, rifle, bolt, ammo, something to lie on though there will be a set COF for the DSC1 shoot there will also be a zero range set up.

You'll also need a few quid for the range fee - not more than a tenner I think

Im taking a couple of rifles with me and a 223 that needs zeroing..

    Cheers.

I'v sorted my kit out, so will endeavour to get up. If its pissing it down, il just be having a brew. I spend enough time on the ranges in the rain.

Be good to have a chat with your self. Got a few topics to talk about.

Check your PM's it full again!
