    RFD Transfer fees

When ordering expanding bullets from Henry Krank, MidwayUK etc and getting them sent to your RFD, does your RFD usually charge a fee? Similar to transferring a firearm.

I'll be checking with my RFD as soon as I can, I just wondered what others do.

Yep. Unless you're buying in bulk, seriously worth weighing up the costs of a long drive to go and pick it up...
Opinions are like arseholes....... we all have them, and most of them stink

I just had a rifle sent to a gun shop near me and they charged 20 to put it on my ticket. They sent my old rifle away and took it off for 25.

Cheers lads. I figured as much. Is it usually the same price as transfer a firearm?

I would ask your RFD to order them for you. You might need to point out where to get them, but he should be able to pay trade price so you only have to pay retail price.

I'll have a word. I can only find them on midway. GMK are the distributors so let's just hope they have what I need

GreenerJim, these wouldn't happen to be .338 or .358 bullets would they?

I'm afraid not. I considered one for a while, thought "sod it" and got a .458
