Thumbs up Nice Surprise From NordikPredator

For some inexplicable reason I received an unsolicited package form Sverige this morning and containing no less than 3 new products from Nordikpredator:

    a. Nordik Plain Pain Varmint Call
    http://nordikpredator.se/en/product/nordik-plain-pain/
    b. Nordik Large Rubber Bolt Knob
    http://nordikpredator.se/en/product/nordik-bolt-knob/
    c. Nordik Crying Lamb Varmint Call
    http://nordikpredator.se/en/product/nordik-crying-lamb/

How damn decent of this fine Organisation!

    Off to have a play.

    Cheers

I'm really taking to the Nordik calls, though they do require a bit more "musical accomplishment" than some... and I'm still barely on "Grade 1"!

The crow call, in particular, is the best I've ever used.
    "Docendo discimus" - Seneca the Younger (c. 4 BC – 65 AD)
“Comodidad, tranquilidad y buena alimentacion” - A Spanish recipe for contentment that oddly omits hunting.
"I'm off to spend some time at the top of the food chain..." - (after) Tulloch
"Oh [dear], they probably heard that in the village!" - RickoShay

Nothing wrong in being a bit 'musical'. Apparently.

The Crying Lamb will probably require Grade 6 to get the most from.

I’ve now had a chance to ‘play’ and would report that the somewhat inelegantly named "Plain Pain" fox call from NordikPredator is nothing short of brilliant. But then how could it not be when noting the clever modifications to the time-proven design that allows pitch to be varied by simply increasing the strength of bite on the sounding membrane rather than critical positioning on the read as per that required of any open read arrangement.

There key qualities of this call are:

    1. Ease of use
    2. Pitch variability and tone
    3. Comfort within mouth

I predict this will be the must-have and go-to first call of all critter callers be they of the hand held or electronic camp as the latter will most certainly wish to keep one around their neck as backup/coaxer.

    Good work NP.

    Cheers

But we've run out of stock....
Jammy second shot!! (But it was a Blaser so I wouldn't have expected anything less ) Shouldn't have missed it with the first but I guess the 'fever'.... or desparation, was kicking in.

When are you expecting more stock?

‎The rubber oversize push-on bolt knobs (steady!) look like a winner too‎ and a lot easier to install than the fixed steel ones suitable for hex key CZ fitment.
