    Fuchs doubled

How about this for the ultimate left hand .375?

guessing if you can afford them you can employ the chap to carry it for you.

I thought I'd heard of most things but never a bolt action double rifle.
How does that work and what is the advantage ?.

I have handled one of these. They are really nice. You have the second-shot speed of a double rifle but with a cycle of the bolt, you reload both barrels. In use they are very fast to shoot and fast to reload.~Muir

The link has been mentioned before on the site Jason as has another double bolt rifle made by Blaser or Heym ? (can't remember which) that was reported at the time as being the most expensive sporting rifle in the world and that was made for a wealthy Arab chap. If I remember correctly they have two magazines welded together and after the initial two shots the bolt is worked to feed an additional two rounds at a time for a total of six shots.
It's the calibre of the shooter that counts not the calibre of the rifle.

Could be a long way to travel but last time I went to the NRA museum in Fairfax Virginia they had one of these on display. I had dismissed it as a one off but having seen this pair for sale and the above feedback I guess there are a few out there.

I saw one of these at IWA in Germany but well out of my price range.

There's one of these going at the December Holt's auction in .338 Win Mag if anyone has a few dozen grand spare.
