    Tweed breeks

    Always used tweed or moleskin breeks, need to get a new pair for next season but fancied plus 3 or plus4 what would you guys recommend

    Get yourself down to Mains in Haddington & they'll make up whatever you need.

    I like the barbour ones, they are nice and light and dry out quite quick after a soaking, shop around you can get them at a reasonable price at times.

    Never knew mains done made to measure, mains is a good shop for shooting stuff but never seen plus 3 or 4 the last time I was in, I'll give them a phone thanks

    Always found them pretty good, can buy of the peg or get made to measure.

    They made me a built-to-measure shooting suit a while ago. I'd use Mains for stalking tweed & Stewart Christie's for shooting tweed, if you know what I mean & yes, I have breeks from both.
