I think the fifth from left should have been left out of the pic, and in the sex toy collection!

Oh no, bullets are all 'penetrating hardware' so I suppose a lead 'butt plug' isn't too much out of place! ;)

Would number 16 and 17 (numbered from left to right) be 9.3x72r and 9.3x74r ?

Number 7 Manlicher Carcano perhaps?

They are mostly British Nitro Express type cartridge

1 - some short dumpy 450 for a blot action
2 - 416 Rigby or possibly one of the A-Square cartridges
3 - 577 Nitro Express
4 - The 577 Military Catridge as used in the Martini initially
5 - A bullet from a bore Guage rifle - probably 8 Bore
6 - 405 Winchester
7 - 30 - 40 Krag
8 - 500/.465
9 - 500 Jeffery
10 - 450 Boltle nose military cartridge use in the Martine Henry
11 - 600 NE
12 - 404 or poss 416 Rigby
13 - 450 3 1/4
14 - 470 NE
15 - Oh I give up
