10 gauge reloading

Evening all. I've recently bought myself a 10 gauge again after a long absence from the caliber. My last one I parted with about 10 years ago and I missed it 😭.
With modern ammo prices I'm keen on learning to reload for it but don't want to spend a fortune on a reloading setup, I guess I'll be shooting 100-200 cartridges a year so would probably be better with a rto setup instead of a full reloading press.
Any advice much appreciated, I'm based in south hants if anyone has excess equipment or is willing to give a few lessons👍👍

There are a few guys on YouTube using a 12 ga Lee load all with some dremel modifications with reasonable success for low volume stuff. There’s also a Ukrainian guy who makes OMV type sets that will fit onto a 12ga Lee load all for good quality crimps. I think you can get going for reasonable set up costs but you’ll have to hoard components when they’re available.

Search shotgun scientists on you tube for the 10ga Lee vids.

For that quantity I would keep it simple and just RTO case. life will be longer. For components and tools look on the auction sites like Holts as they do list them from time to time.

A good machinist will make a simple sizing tube. A punch to tap the primer out. A pice of tube to tap the base wad will tighten it up on the new primer.
A decent leather punch around.800" will stamp card, leather or felt.
12 g cases make good wraps.
Rto crimper or a overshot card and nail varnish go shoot👍🏻

Pretty sure that Cheddite make empty hulls in 10 gauge....agree that roll crimping is probably the way to go here.

Try to find adapters like Gaugemates that allow you to use 3.5 inch 12 bore cartridges in a 10 bore.

I have new and used Remington hulls, wads, cards and shot cups. Cheddite primers. Assorted used hulls. 5kg of steel shot [3] MEC jnr press with spares and two charge bars. Sheets of data.

All going to auction house next month so can part with for not silly money.

That sounds like an interesting option
You would have to find some used ones because I don't think they are being made any more.
I have a Mec 10-bore press still in the box, some Cheddite cases, several hundred plaswads, nearly 50kg of Bismuth shot, but no suitable powder as yet, because I use Gamrbore 12-bore 42grm steel all the time. No, it's not for sale!
I have never had the chokes opened up to use steel, still 'super choke', I think!

A little while back I was at a local car bootsale and bought a box full of reloading gear. A single stage press, some diesel and some older pistol components. The old lady I bought it off said she had more in her garage at home. When I went round to collect it there were two bottles of powder that were unopened, I've opened one and it's as good as the day it was made. I'm not sure if it's any good for 10g loads??
All the rest of the gear I sold on, think it's just the pistol ammo dies left in the garage

Here's the powder
