140 Grain NPB 308 Bullets

Just loaded a handful for testing in my BLR this weekend. FC brass, loaded many, many times , Magtech LRP and a low dose of N150 as per the Vv data. As is my wont with copper bullets, I rubbed a hint of alox round the shank of the bullet.



Has anyone else used these bullets and, if so, did they perform well?

Why the alox?

Why not? I have multiple tubes and if the bullets are in there for a number of years they should stop them bonding to the case apart from lubing the bullet as there are 4 cannelures formed in the shank. See the image.

Well I guess it'll help protect the bore if left in. How well does it shoot?
