2 man high seat

Am after a single person high seat, reasonable portable and can go against a tree. Was looking at the Summit seat, seems pretty reasonable at £95. Are they any good for the money??
Does anyone know of a sensible priced 2 man high seat? I’ve got a few mates that want to come along and see what happens (I’ve told them it’s a lot of sitting and waiting!) hopefully they might get into it as well.

The portables I have are the aluminium folding ones , I’ve had them that long I can’t think where I bought them , but sure bushwear do them, not cheap but anything that gives good serves seldom is .. ..I have bought the cheap ones and they are just that ..cheap , a couple of seasons see the rust starting and repairs .

The HSF Summit high seat is not great, but can be improved (made safer and more stable) by adding reinforcement to the back of the ladder by way of two 12' 2x2" or 3x3" lengths of timber, and soft cladding on the shooting bar. Many find the shooting bar is positioned too close in and too low. That depends on your size and whether you shoot uphill (in which case it is too low) or downhill (in which case it is fine).
Keith High Seats are excellent, as are a few other Brands. I now only buy the double high seats as they are so much more comfortable for a single stalker, and allow for a much easier shot over your shoulders and behind. However they are not cheap and you have to be very patient when you order one, there is a waiting list. I recommend to go for NATO Green.

The summit seat is better than no seat, just. Cheap and cheerful. I have a few of them, but only to last me until I can afford some decent 2 person seats from Keith.
