No issues with neck tension?
No not at all.. only just now and i coming across the odd split neck, right at the top, but have had this brass from the beginning.
If you’ve enough of them and you rotate your batching, they’ll last you years… i generally gave 400 cases and only prep and reload once i’ve shot all of them

Found it difficult to get neck tension in 17H,222 204 and 6.5CM,even with annealing

Ive had no problem loading 204 with Hornady brass, got a great load with that and a 32g Varmageddon, 3850fps. Factory 32g Max only does 3800fps in my Tikka with a 19" barrel. I use Norma too, with the 39g BK and 10X. Good but expensive and my knees are fooked so I don't appreciate the crawling around looking for it if I don't catch it. Not too bothered if the Hornady goes missing. Still loose sleep over it though.
Winchester brass, now that's a different story, SHITE! I've had that brass split on first firing of virgin brass. It's wafer thin..

Agree Winchester brass is terrible. After 2x reloads primer pockets stretched in fact some primers all but falling out.
I am currently using Nosler but do use some hornady from fired factory which seems OK. Years ago some of it was terrible. Saying that in the last batch of 100 Nosler 10% were defective splits/cuts in necks and what looks like weld splatter inside the neck

I did post on here about it.
