Wanted: 223 rifle

Hi looking for either a cz 527 in 223 or a howa 223 , i already have a few bits for these rifles so thought i would stick to these , what is out there? I dont want to spend lots as will be a foxing rifle used at night, nothing varmint and local to Devon would be preferred as i recently brought a rifle and it definitely wasn’t as described
