You then to get what you pay for, particularly with .22. My rifle will put Tenex or Match ammo in one hole groups, center x too but the SK range gives flyers into the 8 ring and it doesn’t like the RW 50 at all.
I’ve never had satisfactorily consistent grouping from hunting ammo, it all throws flyers. Best results for high velocity hunting ammo was with Fiocchi HV hollow points, single hole clusters out beyond 70M. For simplicity I’m using match ammo for everything now, a quiet miss is still a miss.
