Hi 260rem brass is expensive just get hold of some 243 Win once fired and resize it to 260rem

Anneal and then neck size followed by full length resizing and trimming if required works for me. All of my 260 brass is .243 origin

All mine were once fired 243 just lube them and full length size but you might find they don't chamber! Depending on the chamber they were originally fired in I've got a shell holder that's had 7 thousands of a inch removed on a oil stone that's perfect for my chamber I just use it once on the first full length sizing!

Run a 6.5 mm mandrel through the necks.

I just lubed the cleaned .243 cases and sized in the 260 die slowly. Worked fine. (actually used 6.5-08 dies, but there's no practical difference when it comes to this)
