6.5x55 and Varget

As above, does anyone use this combination and with what bullets? I have loads of Varget for my .308 and thought I might give it a try before spending money on other powder. Also what bullets are readily available at the moment? I was leaning more towards 120-130 grains with good weight retention.

I like 140 Game Kings on bigger deer tho i will be trying PPU 120 grain on deer this fall. My son favors 129 grain Interlocks in his. Never failed to anchor bit whitetails. I shot a fat whitetail doe at 200 yards with this 129 grain Interlock a few years ago. Retained weight was 119 grains, plus or minus a bit of meat stuck to the jacket.~Muir
