Thanks for sharing photos! Looks like the extractor claw collar feet/foot is stuck in the rear recoil lug recess. In this case you will literally have no alternative but brute force to break it by either slamming the bolt forwards with a rubber mallet, or inserting something down the barrel and doing the same but from the offsite direction. Given the flex in long lengths of material, I’d suggest the former

I have the extractor claw, it is fine.
Will need to fabricate a collar.
Do i need to worry about the ejector or trigger getting damaged? If I start belting the bolt with a hammer?
Maybe better to hammer the bolt forward? Then I can cut the collar off?

Indeed! Forward will be better, but in reality, when the collar foot lets go, it should all start to move as it should.
You will not likely be able to make a new collar yourself, it’s relatively complicated to get the steel temp to flex and not be brittle whilst creating the hooks/feet to slip into the claw and hold in place, perhaps altering a Mauser 98 will be your best bet, and they are cheap and easy to get. It may involve cutting and welding to reduce diameter, I’m not entirely certain. Maybe you’ll find spare parts from the EU eBay marketplace!

All why I said get an 8mm bright bar or stainless bar. 8.5 even.

Will the trigger remove or clamp it back?
You may not need to hammer that hard! You may feel it moving if you hold the rod and muzzle together in one hand.
You might just be pleasantly surprised.

After some assistance, blood, sweat and 'oh no' moments i got the bolt out! The collar was intact so was able to reassemble and it works perfectly.

The shortened story is I hammer the bolt out using a rubber mallet on the bolt handle. The collar fell on the floor intact. I just had to reattach the extractor using the collar and it works perfectly.

Very well. Did it take much force?
I don't like hammering bolts as the force of the blow isn't in line. Always a risk of bending or breaking.
