I believe it to be a John Bowket design??

Looks like a Falcon of some variety to me so yes John Bowket I would say.

EDIT: looks like one for sale here:

Slightly different mate. I'm sure of the same origin.
I remember when they first came out as Manatou's or similar...

Isn't that one of the later Titans before Falcon got involved and fell out with JB?

That looks like one of the earlier quick fill silencers that Falcon nicked.

JB knew how to make PCP's. Brilliant guns.

Could it be a bastardised Titan with a Falcon block added? Seems to be a little of both maybe. It was a long time ago since I handled one so I cannot recall.

A good mate of mine had the Titan Mohawk, a single stroke pneumatic. If I remember correctly the cocking lever (side mounted) had a clever sliding fulcrum design that increased mechanical advantage near the end of the stroke were pressure was highest. EDIT: thinking back the fulcrum may not have slid but relied on changes of angle to increase effort as the lever closed.

I had it's predecessor, the jb1.

Falcon Raptor with early version Falcon Silencer / Quickfill unit.

When Air Arms bought Falcon they redesigned the block neater (Like AA400 /410 series) and renamed it the Prairie.

Titans and Falcons prior were single shot and had separate cocking handle on RHS of action, the bolt was just to seat the pellet not cock the hammer/ trigger .
In the redesigned Raptor block the bolt did both and indexed the magazine.

For JB fans a new book just out on Titan / Bowkett.

My first ever rifle was a Titan Manitou in .177 as bought by my dad. Still have it, and it's still spot on. The only rifle I have that I will never sell.
I had one also. It was loose however where the hammer block attached to the valve block/cylinder so it went soon after. Other than that it was spot on.
The early ones had their parts made in India!
I tried to talk to someone about it's issue but got an Indian feller on the phone. Couldn't understand a bloody word he said. I swapped it for a BSA something...
