Don't shoot air rifle much these days but I do own two a 1970s BSA Airsporter in pretty much mint condition but it has been slightly customised by a previous owner which might affect its value, and a well used but in perfect working order 1939 BSA Lincoln Jefferies.

Old ones are always the best

Don’t shoot rats much, but since you use an AA in .22 you might want to try H&N FieldTarget Trophy pellets. In 5.53mm they seem to fit the AA’s barrels better and get more consistent shot on shot.
