Alpex 4k left

Hey all, I’m having a problem with my alpex 4k lrf where the scope turns on and when connected to the phone shows the image I should be seeing but when I look down the scope it’s completely black and there’s nothing… tried turning it off and on and changed a couple of settings through the phone but nothings seeming to work
Does anyone know any fixes for this or am I gonna have to send it back to Hikmicro?

I had the same thing happen to mine, theres a disconnect inside, send it back to be repaired, I think its a know fault on a small batch of scopes

Ah okay, is it best to send it back to Hikmicro or to my supplier (scottcountry)?

Give optics warehouse a call, there the importer, they own another company which does all there repairs, Elite Optical or something liked that, thats who i sent mine to, took about 3 weeks to get it back

I suppose so, it depends how quick you want it back, it might be worth contacting Scott country to see what they want you to do with it ,they will only send it to Elite optical as there the ones who will repair it

Legally your contract is with Scott Country. But if elite are happy to have it back, that will save you a couple of weeks in shipping
