American butchery

I can understand why they did not want to gut it,what a waste 0/10 for affront.
Any american would tell you he would have got a ticket for wanton waste..
 
I’ve seen this time and again, why do our transatlantic cousins not know about flat joints and insist on using electric saws for everything?
why carry out such a video on a gut shot beast?
love how proud this expert is of his ability to skin the haunches so well..... they look like something from the Texas chainsaw massacre the amount of chunks out of them!
not to mention the amount of meat that just ends up in the bucket still attached to the carcass. Funny what some folk feel should be educational!


I cant help but keep returning to watch this, Its so, so bad I find it absolutely fascinating to watch.
 
Stop knocking the guy, he's just doing it a different way. The way he does it makes me feel much more confident about my poor butchering skills. :rolleyes:
 
I bet his dogs love his method of butchery. Plenty of meat left on the bone there. Might help if he used a different knife.
