An autumnal kitchen hook

Well, no stalking today… :(

So with the mrs going On and On about putting up a chalkboard in the kitchen to cover up some imaginary stain that only she can see after several thick coats of paint, i decided to kill her…

Only joking! Had you for a second though didn't i?!

In actual fact, i killed two birds with one stone. I lit the forge, the blower and the hammer blows drowned out her incessant moaning, and it also lead me to bash out a means of putting up the aforementioned chalk board.

And as i gazed out upon the valley and saw the leaves blowing around, i took a small amount of inspiration……

Top work and I like both the design and ease of fixing.

I can still see the "stain" though!

Cheers

K

Thanks mate,

the "stain" in question is actually under the board, but i did create an actual stain with some brick dust while i was drilling the pilot hole! :D

Another lick of paint and she'll be right. :british:

 forget the stain Nick you better tell the Mrs......"get the windows cleaned" :stir:

Very nice work mate.....:thumb:

Rgds, Buck.

very nice, I have always enjoyed using a forge when I have had a chance

Find end a little one on eBay mate, set a large sledge hammer head into a stump as your anvil and get a couple of hammers and tongs, then go for it! It's as easy as that!

Thousands of vids on YouTube to help you along as well. :)

your a clever old sod on the quite but even i can see that stain now ;) lol nice better than a raw plug and a B n' Q screw any day :tiphat:
