Hallo all, I am having hard time tryng to reset profile on my brand new Talion XQ pro (otherways fantastic piece of gear). Short problem description. I did create 3 rifles/cartriges profiles (I swapp the device between 270win, 6xcTubb and 9,3x62) directly on the device each one with a zeroing distance and one or two diefferent ranges (ie 100/200 & 250 mt). This setting was perfect for my hunting needs untill, a sad day, followin the Pulsar advises, I decided to load them on the app and synch them back again hafter having fullfilled every ballistic data (muzzle speed, weight, bc, scope haight etc). When I looked ad them again in the Talion each one was tagged as Ballistic, it bear only one distance (no more multiples ranges fall) and - the whorst thing - there was no way to delet them, only canche is to change parameters (via the app). Not having the on board LRF those new sets are absolutely unwhort to me. With the sollict assistance from Pulsar Zendesk I tried any kind of way to get rid of those nasty & cumbersom guests: no way, there is no a key for deleting profiles on the app nor on the Talion menu. As per input from Factory Client Assistance I tried also a full reset but at the reborn of the device they all where still there. Mind that those attept where not for free cause of the waste of time & amnmuntion needed to refill every data, check again zero, going to and back from the range. To me appears unbelivable that the the customer cannot erase data loaded by himself and that have nothing to do with the sofware architecture. But that is evidently so I can only hope in a future update with erasing profile feature added or to have the original system reflashed by Pulsar (new time & costs) to spend.
