Anschutz 222 Ammo and Scope Considerations

I've been running 35gn and 40gn in my 222 for months.
How many dead fox photos and videos do you want?

Being pedantic about expensive horses is daft.
What's wrong with the 223?

Ahhhhhhh…
So very many SD members pure of thought and action.
Good Lord we should form a gentlemen’s society…

None, only took the one picture before that I posted on here and haven't again, only take pics if land owner wants them for confirmation.
Got rid of 223 its sitting in rfd waiting on new owner.

No no sir, how many pictures of mine that have been shot with 35 and 40 GN bullets from a 222 would you like to see...

160 yards 40gn. N110 or IMR 8208, 222.

Anschutz in 22 hornet is on my list it's just finding one for sale in Ireland in good enough condition is the hard part
In truth they are a lovely rifle to look at but if you want a Hornet that is guaranteed to shoot well I'd suggest you get a Brno/CZ. My 1432 is very fussy about both head space (at the rim) and bullet seating. The latter posing a problem that necessitates I single load.
