I've got something similar made by Sinclair. I have to admit you have to be quite anal or dedicated to want one 
I've not tried to correlate straightness of ammo with how well it shoots, but I like to think the straighter it is, the better it will be. I can safely say my ammo is more uniform than Federal powershok, haven't tested to see if it shoots better.

At $100, you're probably better off with the rcbs: also the sinclair one does not measure case wall thickness...
