I bought this new a good few years ago,used on howa sporter 223 & 243,these rifles are long gone now,it was silver but I sprayed it with stove black,it’s been rattling around it bottom of gun safe for years so has plenty of marks and scratches,I tried it recently on my mates 17 hornet and it worked a treat. £70 collection only. Ng19

Great mod - virtually indestructible - I have used one for years on 6.5 and .308 range days, still going strong after many, many rounds through it.

Your correct,it would but I’m unsure ,the rifles that it fitted on are listed new as 1/2 unf
